Shipping information
After ordering one of our products, your product will be shipped within 24 hours.  
Do keep in mind that during weekends and holidays, products will take longer to ship.

Payment information
In our webshop, we offer a variety of payment options. It's possible to pay with iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact / Mister Cash, credit card and bank transfer.

When choosing a bank transfer, the products will be shipped as soon as we have received the money on our account. With some banks that happens the same day, with other banks it happens the next day. During weekends and holidays the transfer might take longer, because of the opening hours of the banks.

With all payments in our webshop, your payment details are fully protected, which guarantees their safety. 

Returning
Don't like one of our products? Here you find the information on how to return our products. 

After receiving our products you have 14 days to return them. The products may only be returned in mint condition.

Return the product in its original packaging along with the details below, so we can refund your money.
If you lost the original packaging, please use a packaging that will prevent damage to the product.

• Name and address
• IBAN Account number(we do not save this to preserve your privacy)

Make sure the package is properly franked. 

We will refund the money within 5 days of receiving the returned product. 

Warranty period
Ironing aid Kimberley and seam press Wendoline come with a 12 month warranty.
This warranty applies only to damage caused by a production error.
